Conceptualize, implement and oversee the creation of an online takeaway order channels. · Plan, propose and budget the launch of online food ordering platform. · Manage full spectrum of marketing functions, including Customer Services, Marketing Research, Digital Marketing, Branding and Public Relations. · Oversee all marketing activities in Singapore and Malaysia. · Identify possible opportunities to implement new services and new service location. · Drive new traffic to the platform to grow the business. · Formulate and implement marketing campaign thus drive for higher sales figures. · Working closely with top management and assist in brand image transformation and other marketing functions. · Develop prolong relationship with media outlets. · Organize PR campaigns for brand building including new product/menu development. · Enhance customer experience by continuously analyzing customers behavior, customer journeys and customer segments. · Continuously to enrich the product/menu to fulfill the customers’ needs. · Conduct marketing research and examine latest trends thus propose relative action plan to maintain brand’s public awareness. · Provide creative ideas to project and enhance the image of the outlets. Requirements: · Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / ecommerce. · Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leadership role/ managerial positions. · Extensive level knowledge of marketing with an emphasis on social media and community management (marketing or related degree preferred). · Solid experience in driving implementation of new business initiatives. · Creative, strong business mind-set and excellent skill in formulating marketing strategy. · Strong organization and prioritization skills. · Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of profit & loss accounts. · Management experience in launching online concept platforms. · Identifies business development opportunities, propose new business, and drive such opportunities from concept to implementation and execution of such plans and tracking outcomes. · Develop strategies to drive the new business growth and to create an effective business model. · Maximize restaurants profitability by ensuring the business provides profitable return and competitive edge.
