Job Responsibilites:
•Compile with purchasing policy and planning, stock, tooling and materials management
•Managing purchasing data, information and systems
•Managing suppliers relationships, proactive liaison with in-house production for forecasting, plan to meet, resourcing, supply and demand to relevant work quality services
•Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts
•Cost saving program, budgeting and control
•Administration and prepare weekly, monthly reporting as necessary
•Outsourcing strategy/ improvement & development management
•Payment terms negotiation, review, evaluate pricing discrepancies and comparison of prices & services
•International trading issues/imports/legal, awareness and management
Job Requirements
Job Requirement:
•Minimum Diploma / Certificate in any discipline
• Some years of experience as a Buyer/Sourcing role preferred.
•Good knowledge of SAP system and MS Office applications
•Able to interpret technical drawing
•Fresh Graduate are most welcomed
