Responsibilities: •Demonstrate good customer service and professionalism at all times •Follow company regulations, policies and procedures •Practice high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety at all times •Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils •Ensure all food served is consistent in terms of quality, taste and presentation •Track and date stamps food item •Minimize food wastage •Ensure food display and counter is always tidy, well maintained and presentable •Serve customers and complete customer’s transactions •Prepare beverages and warm food at customer’s request •Clear tables if required •Be able to communicate what is organic, gluten or dairy free •Able to work independently, as well as in team to achieve targets and maintain standards •Assist in the retail store during quiet periods and whenever asked
