Job Duties : • Preparing & make all bakery items for all outlet orders • Follow recipe, weighing, mixing, shaping, and baking • Meet the quality of requirements • Ensure proper storage of all items in refrigerators and freezers • Ensure product freshness and food safety • Assist and support Head Baker • Great team player & good organizational skills • Efficient and Organized • Product quality and consistency • Able to adapt to a face pace environment • Candidate without working experience but with relevant educational certificate will be considered (On-The-Job Training will be provided) • Must have the passion for bakery products Educational Qualification: • Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary “O” Levels or Certificate in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
