1.Ensure appearance, cleanliness and set-up of the restaurant is properly maintained. Co-ordinate day and night clean up. 2.Ensure complete table set up by waiters / waitresses. 3.Ensure clearing of tables by waiter/waitresses. 4.Check on cleanliness of restaurant before starting restaurant operation. 5.Take orders from customers. 6.Pass order chit to kitchen. 7.Check on food & beverage serving timing. 8.Check food before presenting to guest and ensure all items ordered are served accordingly. 9.Supervise food service. 10.Find out guests’ remarks on food and service. 11.In the event of complaints do not argue with guests. Refer to the superiors. 12.Delegate jobs to the staff during quiet periods to prevent them from idling. 13.Work closely with the supervisor/restaurant Manager to provide customer feedback on food, beverage and service.
- Minimum 1-2 years F&B experience - Can work under pressure - Teamwork oriented - Able to converse in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking customers/suppliers)
