• To manage and ensure smooth daily operation of the child care centre • To provide support and guidance to centre staff • To provide curriculum leadership in the area of teaching and learning practices • To conduct interviews, staff induction programme and mentorship programme for new staff • To manage administrative tasks within the centre • To plan and implement all major centre’s event and celebrations • To conduct orientation and briefing sessions for interested and new parents • To foster good working relationship with children, parents and colleagues • To build trust and engage in meaningful communication with parents • To adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources
