Job Description
We are looking for Passionate Leaders to head our Preschool and Childcare Centres. 

Responsibilities

Ensure that the Childcare Curriculum Programme adheres to the Management's Core Values and Mission.
Able to engage Parents actively and lead the Team effectively in planning activities.
Responsible for Enrolment and Marketing Activities.
Possess Good Communication Skills and Leadership Skills.
Managing and Leading the Centre's staffs
Responsible for Building and motivating the Team.

Job Requirements

Minimally Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL) 
Certified by ECDA as L2.
At least 2 Year(s) of supervisory experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with ECDA Legislations and Operations.
