The responsibility of CDP involves the preparation of food in Café, maintaining food quality and sanitation standards.
Duties:
1.Execute menus efficiently and ensure that food quality consistently meets standard
2.Ensure adequacy of supplies at all times, placing order in a timely manner
3.Establish control to minimize food costs, supply wastage and pilferages
4.Support safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment at all times
5.Strict adherence of food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices
6.Arrange for service and maintenance of kitchen equipments
Job Requirements
1.Comfortable with working with large team members
2.Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar role
3.Able to work independently, as well as in a team
4.Able to start work immediately or at short notice
