Job Description

Position：Cleaning Cum Maintenance Technician (Not Basic Cleaner JOB)
Working hours：Mon-Sat 9am-5pm, Sunday OFF
Salary：$1400-1600 + OT (Gross $1900 above)
Location：Macpherson area

Singaporean ONLY

Job Requirements

-Perform daily maintenance and cleaning (vacumm) activities
-Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
-Notify supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
-Make adjustment and minor repairs
-Know basic English for reading, writing and speaking
-Sometime required to wear jumpsuit for specific working environment
-Working in a team and cooperate with teams
