The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
Administrative duties which include but are not limited to:
(a) Maintain and update administration related data records. Recording
& tracking of invoices.
(b) Manage counter operations:
- Screening of calls and line transfers
- Attending to walk-in customers/ students/ parents
- Handling email correspondence received through the school
(c) Providing first aid to students who get injured during school hours.
(d) Handling of mails and deliveries.
(e) Handling of students’ identity cards as well as GCE ‘O’ Level exam
& SGC certificates.
(f) Covering the other Clerical Officer’s counter duty when she is on
(g) Assist in school events.
(h) Perform data entry duties assigned by school.
(i) Other general administration-related duties eg, collation of data,
filing of documents, printing and statistics tabulation etc.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and
(a) N or O-levels.
(b) Excellent team-player who is organised and meticulous.
(c) Must be able to multi-task and handle a range of admin duties.
(d) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
(e) Proficient in MS Office.
(f) Minimum of 3 years of experience in school environment and
performing customer services.
