Location: Chinatown
Salary: $10/hr
Duration: 1 month
Working hours: 5 days per week, 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend rotating shift between 9.30am-10pm
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and visitors
• Attend to queries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
• Assist in customer loyalty programmes and redemption of reward programmes
• Play an active role during promotions and marketing campaigns
• Any other duties as assign by the Centre Management Office.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent with 1 year experience in retail or hospitality industry in a customer service role
