Job Description

The NUS Concur Processors (CPs) is part of the Concur Central Admin Team (CCAT) and will help and support Concur System’s related processes across the University. The CPs will be involved in a variety of work including verifying the Travel & Expense claim, reconciling the travel and credit card spending, performing audits on the expense claims submitted, following up with the users on month end accruals, providing helpdesk support, assisting in the generation of Concur reports, assisting in developing custom reports and developing the EnableNow training/support platform for users.

The staff will be responsible for the following areas:
- Concur T&E Systems
- SAP Systems
- Reporting and Data Analytics
- Audit and Compliance
- Customer service delivery models
- Finance and Accounting
- Training and support to users

Specific Responsibilities
- Verification of T&E Expense Claims
- Perform audit and data analytics
- Reconciliation of month end accrual reports
- Develop reports and training document/platforms
- Provide Helpdesk support to all users

Competencies
-Active participation in streamlining of Concur T&E claims processes
- Undertake BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) to achieve organisation wide efficiencies
- Develop and strengthen the reporting and analytical capabilities
- Customer Service and Quality focus via development of superior customer support and training platforms

Working Days: Mondays to Fridays
Working Hours: TBC
Location: Near Kent Ridge MRT
Salary Range: $3,000 to $3,800/month
Contract Period: 1-year contract (subjected to renewal)

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
- Min Diploma Accounting and Finance
- 1-2 years working relevant experience (preferably with Shared Service background)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective oral and written management communication skills
