Responsibilities •Process customer’s orders timely and accurately •Handle customer’s enquiries and provide sales quotations •Efficient and smooth handling of customers’ request •Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication •Prepare Job Costing upon receipt of Proof of Deliveries (POD) •Ensure all POD are returned on same day or latest tomorrow •Ensure all good returns are returned accordingly to schedule •Handling of cargo documentation (Import/Export) •Prepare delivery reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly as per request) •Work closely with Operation Executive and Operation Supervisor for POD and Invoices. Requirements: •GCE “O” level certificate or ITE certificate or Diploma holder •About 1 year of working experience, with good telephone skills •Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset •Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail •Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
