Responsibilities: •Handles administrative matters •Manage car park / moving /reno / access card /facilities booking application processing •Attending to phone call / email inquiries, walk in inquiries relating to application matters •Receiving monies and issuing receipts, consolidate invoices from vendors / service providers for manager to approve •Issue and update purchase orders to suppliers and contractors •Submit monies and invoices collection record to Head office •Other administrative duties as instructed by the manager.
