CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR, MOTOR CLAIMS REGISTRATION (1 YEAR CONTRACT)

Contract : $ 2700 - $ 3000 / PER MONTH
- Handling of Motor Claims Registration submitted by external parties.
- Managing of Motor Claims enquiries from external parties.
- Assisting our customers in filing accident reports submitted through our online platform.
- Preparing and analysing reports such as operations exceptional reports and daily productivity reports.
- Participation in projects and system enhancements including liaising with stakeholders in providing requirements, preparation of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Candidates with relevant insurance certifications (BCP, PGI & ComGI) preferred.
- 1 to 2 years’ of relevant working experience in Motor Claims will be an added advantage.
- Competent with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Service-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with a team.
