Job Description

Our client is the world’s leading oilfield services provider. Cutting-edge solutions for reservoir characterization, drilling, production & processing.

As QA Admin Assistant you are responsible for the proper exercise of the QHSE policy and quality procedures in quality control activities such as quality record inspection, quality documentation creation etc. 

~ 6-Mth Contract ~

•QHSE Responsibility: Comply with company QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies and Standards; Comply with government laws and regulations on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; Commit to QHSE target year by year with their specific QHSE responsibility on site.
•Accountable for adhering to company policies, standards, procedures, and work instructions within area of activity
•Inspect part quality documentation against stated specifications. Comply with applicable inspection procedures and standard work.
•Review and compile product quality documents in Product Quality File according to product requirements and test plans.
•Manage the documentation queue priority to ensure Product Quality File is ready to be shipped with products after manufacture 
•Work with other departments and navigate internal company systems to obtain necessary documentation for Product Quality File creation. 
•Perform various other administrative duties assigned by QMS team within the physical constraints of the job.

Job Requirements

•Education: NITEC in Mechanical Technology or equivalent 
•Experience:  Two years of related experience from a manufacturing environment
•Able to work overtime as and when requested.
•Good communication skills, fluency in English (spoken and written) is required 
•Good time management, able to handle concurrent tasks with different deadlines
•Meticulous, Initiative and awareness of accountability
•Well organized and good housekeeping skills
•Comfortable using Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools such as Adobe Acrobat or equivalent
