•Support daily Control Room operations and ensure all meal orders are communicated to the Kitchen in a timely and accurate manner •Housekeeping of all diet cards before handing over to Kitchen for plating •Manage diet orders in eMOS and take initiative to clarify with ward staff on any discrepancies and/or ambiguous meal orders •Co-ordinate with Culinary and Stewarding teams for timely dispatch of meals, especially second trolley meal orders •Handle feedback from ward staff in a professional manner and provide the appropriate service recovery and conduct investigation and traceability checks in eMOS when necessary as part of incident management
•Minimum 'O' Level qualification •Required skill(s): SAP, MS Excel, MS Office. •At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. •Applicants must be willing to work in SengKang General Hospital. •A team player with good communication skills •Valid certification in Basic Food Hygiene will be an added advantage
