Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Daily operations of Corporate Communications Department Produce consistent corporate communications material such as announcements and notices. Distribute and display notices around the Club. Collaborate and support internal department communications needs. Maintain a library of resources for use by all in the office such as announcements, quotes, photographs, videos and publications. Keep abreast of corporate communication trends and golf club developments. Work on ad-hoc projects assigned by management. 2. Club publications Write, proofread and edit articles to the complete full timely production of the monthly member’s newsletter. Report events and activities for the month, including interviews and photography coverage. Co-ordinate submissions of content from contributors. Organise articles and materials for design layout. Prepare printed sets of newsletter for member collection and distribution to member reading areas. Plan three-month newsletter schedule. Liaise with Club’s Newsletter Sub-committee. Assist Corporate Communications Manager in the writing of Annual Report, promotional material and other Club publications. 3. Website and social media Manage Club’s website and social media platforms professionally. Develop the Club’s social media profiles and presence Improve online engagements with regular, consistent and innovative updates Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks Work closely with other departments for new and fresh content. Coordinate with website service provider for changes and updates. Monitor statistics of online engagements.
