We are an e-commerce logistics fulfillment company. We are expanding and we need Courier Customer Service Executive to support our Warehouse Operation in Jurong. Job Responsibilities: Customer service oriented and able to handle calls for Ops support – GST handling fees, make calls to verify delivery addresses etc. Obtain and process products orders, DOs - including registering deliveries and distributing packages. Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them. Analysing and monitoring Cross border performance. Reporting to Manager / Supervisor and working in a team of 5.
