Job Responsibilities: Update customer’s storing order and booking reference into depot management system (CMS). Confirm haulier’s return or collect the correct consignee or shipper, type and size and quality of container in or out of the depot. Update the details of returned container with the status of condition of the container. Collect the correct amount of charges – repair charges for consignee’s responsibilities, haulier booking of CMS, Depot Handling charges and detention charges whichever is deemed necessary. Collect the correct amount of Depot Handling Charges. Reconcile all monies collected for the day transaction.
Job Requirements: Proficient in MS Words and Excel. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous with high level of integrity At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
