- Prompt handling of all phone calls, faxes and emails in a professional manner - Follow-up on client enquiries and requests (e.g. document requests, credit note/debit note request etc.) - Process all types of order promptly and accurately according to business model - Ensure timely order submission to Logistics department - Urgent order coordination & follow-up - Credit block timely follow-up and feedback order status to related parties - Establish good rapport with customers - Timely filling for all related files and documents
