Seniors are encourages to apply for the following jobs.” You will be responsible for: • All customer enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management. • Delivering an excellent level of customer service to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention. • Developing relationships with customers to maximize sales potential and ensure total customer satisfaction. Your day to day activities: • Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded. • Be the key contact point for all customers. Deliver fantastic service and sell to new and existing customers using the phone as your main communication tool, apart from email and live chats. • Manage all incoming calls for pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service enquiries and requests. • Perform outbound follow-up calls to customers to help deepen relationships and cross-sell, upsell our products and services. Working hours – shift basis For weekday: 8am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6.30pm/ 10.30am to 8pm For Saturday: 1 shift ( 9am to 3pm) if they work on Saturday, we will schedule 1 weekday off. Job Requirements: • Diploma holder or GCE ‘O’ level with customer service work experience. • General Insurance certification would be an advantage. If you do not possess the certification, you must be prepared to take the required insurance tests to be a certified insurance professional. • Possess good verbal and written English language communication skills. • Able to converse in one other local language such as Mandarin/ Malay/Tamil or any local dialects for the purpose of liaising with and assisting our customers. • Insurance call centre work experience preferred. • Proficient in basic PC skills. • The ideal candidate is a nice, friendly person, who works well in teams and is able to multi-task.
