You will be part of the CRM Singapore team to develop the programme and implement effective CRM marketing strategies to maximize customers engagement and brand loyalty.
•Propose, execute campaigns and organize experiential events to engage customers.
•Secure New Privilege / Redemption Partners for the Club 21 Card program and to manage renewal of partners.
•Manage Club 21 Direct Mail, SMS & Email Marketing for corporate & brand communications (including managing of calendaring, requests, setup and testing).
•Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and messages & that emails follow industry policies and best practices.
•Membership Content updates on Club 21 global website.
•Assist with operational activities required to enable successful execution of campaigns, including offer setup and deployment, distribution of collaterals to the stores, event logistics, member enquiries and store enquiries.
•Manage and liaise with vendors to develop programme collaterals.
•Prepare monthly reports, ad-hoc store reports or store call lists.
•Handle enquiries, feedback or complaints from customers and store personnel via the Rewards Hotline and work closely with relevant departments to resolve feedbacks & complaints.
•Track collaterals inventory and ensure re-prints are done in timely manner.
•Managing and keeping Physical and Digital CRM assets up to date and ensuring hard copies of updates are sent to stores in a timely manner.
•Undertaking daily administrative tasks to support the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
•Supporting the CRM team in organizing various projects and reports.
•Other duties as assigned.

•Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
•Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Marketing or CRM preferred.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality.
•Detail oriented, proactive, and ability to work under pressure.
•Good analytical kills and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
