• Maintain a high level of attentiveness and professionalism when facing customers • Handle and manage all relevant documents, packages, and courier services • Attend to customers’ needs and ability to meet clients’ requests and queries • Responsible for escorting of clients to their respective destinations • Up-Selling of Retail products in the booth to generate sales • Escorting Customers using an electronic buggy • Observe and adhere to Retail Department’s code of conduct policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and practices • Any other ad-hoc assigned duties and projects
• Comfortable with working on shifts, weekends and public holidays (eg. 9am - 9pm, 9pm - 9am) • GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience • Good interpersonal and communication skill • Customer-oriented and self-driven
