Core Responsibilities: - Attend, screen and forward incoming calls to relevant personnel or department. - Provide customer service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company. - Handling all enquiries, feedback, and complaint received through all channels from both existing and prospective customers in a timely and proficient manner. - Responsible for potential leads, including but not limit to contact potential customers, arrange appointment with customers, inform Interior Design Consultant on confirm appointment, and update business technology system. - Responsible for Renovation and/or Interior Design platform and portal. - Prepare sales, performance, and leads reports. - Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
