You will be the voice of the organisation in providing high standards of service to our customers in our 24-hour Contact Centre. Duties include handling of general enquiries, appointment administration and other hotline administrative functions. The incumbent shall be responsible to: • Provide high standards of service to our customers in our 24-hour Contact Centre. • Address general enquiries • Book appointments • Assist in any other hotline administrative functions.
