To support Marketing Department on day to day operation and overall local & export documentations & arrangement. Attend to local & export sales enquiries Process Purchase Order from local & export customers and acknowledge customer PO in timely manner Generate sales order, delivery orders and invoices/credit note Liaise with local & export customers for delivery of goods Coordinate with Production Manager for production capacity/allocation availability & delivery date Booking of cargo space & places insurance for shipments Liaise and coordinate with customers, forwarders and transporter etc to ensure timely delivery, shipment and collection of goods Preparation of import & customs declaration for export to overseas country Preparation of end month reports for local sales, export sales & outstanding orders Other administrative roles for example filing, recording and etc as requested by the Marketing team
