Assist day-to-day administrative activities, including:
• Assist the department in the day-to-day administrative and coordination activities, including yet not restricted to Data-Entry, Scanning and Filing.
• Follow up and handle customer's feedback and complaints.
• Preparation of quotation according to manager's instruction.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good attitude and service oriented.
• Team player.
