Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated candidates to support us in all customer-facing activities. You will work in close collaboration with senior customer service personnel and various departments to play an important part in ezbuy’s customer experience journey.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize communication channels like Hotline and Live chat to provide a positive customer experience
- Coordinate and monitor all customers orders from submission to final delivery
- Act as an intermediary between customers and the internal operation team to respond to customers’ queries with efficiency
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales
- Identify escalated issues and report to management promptly
- Assist in front-desk duties and helping customers in collection of parcels when required

Job Requirements

- Highly customer-oriented
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
- Bilingual English and Chinese (speaking and typing only, no written required) to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
