The role of a Customer Service Officer is to perform general administrative and duties to support operations and be involved in frontline operations such as assisting our customers in their request for services and answering of telephone enquiries. Will be required to fulfil other Ad-Hoc duties that are assigned by client.
Job responsibilities :
•Attend to queries and assist the property agents and property agencies during the Renewal Exercise over the counter(s) by appointment.
•Part of the team to handle designated queries over the telephone.
•Making out-going reminder calls and conduct phone survey with stakeholders.
•Able to conduct backend IT system testing for e-services.
•Will be assigned other duties (eg. filing/disposal of documents, data entry, statistical update and analysis, monitoring of renewal cases) as and when required.
The Customer Service Officer must:
oBe a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
oAt least possess a Diploma education qualification (≤3 years working experience). Salary $9 - $10.50 per hour depending on working experience.
oPossess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills and be proficient in English. He/ she must be IT-savvy and conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
oPossess good interpersonal and communication skills. He/She must also be patient and sensitive as they will be dealing with people of diverse backgrounds.
oAble to work effectively both independently and in teams;
