Job Description

You will be part of the Product team, he/she will be working with the business, technical units and external vendors to devise business requirements, test strategies, objectives and test cases. He/she will also be performing quality testing of project delivery and system enhancement prior to implementation or release to production system.

Job Responsibilities:
• To gather and analyse user requirements, so as to prepare detailed functional specifications and related document by engaging internal stakeholder to meet project timeline.
• To perform extensive application testing including functional and interfaces, from test strategy, planning, design, execution and management of test program and problem resolution.
• To execute implementation activities and support post implementation.
• To participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and user experience validation such as problem resolution, tracking, escalation, closure and prepare daily summary report
• Assist in the preparation of User Manuals and Project Documentation.
• Assist in preparation of training materials and conduct training to internal and external customers.
• Participate in sprint planning, write, refine user story and define acceptance criteria with head of product, other business units and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Science, Computer Science/IT or Business
• 2+ years of prior experience in Functional and Technical Testing
• Experience in Human-Centered Design Thinking, Systems-minded and process-oriented
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Experience in managing software vendors for app/system enhancement and implementation
• Experience with test case writing
• Self-starter who completes responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team(s)
