This role is requried to manage project documentation control in supporting and fulfilling the project deliverables. The principle role of the Document Controller is to: Coordinate workflow and maintain procedures/ manual to ensure consistent performance of routines. Understand Company ISO requirement for record retention for all project documentation. Expediting, Document Control, Resolving Backlogs, Completion, Handover and Closeouts. Responsible for administration support including liaison with Client, Contractor/ vendors, Provides general daily assistance to the project PMT in all matters concerning technical documentation. Feedback for Document Management System development & enhancement. Support Project Team training for Document Management System. Responsible Project Backup & Archiving. Ready to work on impromptu assignment tasked by Superior. Take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety and welfare Report quality related problems Good computer knowledge - Microsoft Office. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Document Control positions.
