Job Description

Career Services Unit
•Provide customer service support to jobseekers who have basic enquiries on their application and manage grievances through the email and phone channel
•To access jobseekers’ enquiries and provide resolution professionally, in accordance with PS guidelines
•Liaise with the relevant agencies/departments pertaining to the jobseekers’ enquiries
•Update and/or perform necessary follow-up as immediate response to jobseekers’ enquiries, ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to jobseeker
•Handle jobseekers’ complaints and implement positive actions to resolve conflict in order to maintain the relationship and goodwill of the jobseeker
•Create good jobseeker experience through effective service delivery with an empathetic mindset

Career Coaching Team
•Provide administrative support to Career Coaches in scheduling, profile management, and feedback gathering
•Liaise with contracted designer to design monthly emailers for Career Coaching
•Provide support to Career Coaching team in hosting year-end appreciation event
•Any other administrative duties as required
