Job Description

You will play a key role as part of raiSE’s efforts to build a vibrant Social Enterprise Sector by supporting raiSE’s Chief Executive Officer and the management in their stakeholder management efforts.

Our core work entails managing stakeholder relations and creating value for raiSE’s social enterprise members, and to address sectoral needs to achieve business and social impact sustainability. You will engage with the Social Enterprise Ecosystem (Board of Directors, Corporations, Government, and public Stakeholders) with the aim to bring about more support for the Sector, and support the management team with research efforts, preparation of presentation decks and proposals.

The nature of your work will be front-facing, often with entrepreneurs, C-suite level of corporations and industry partners.

You would require good interpersonal and communication skills. You will excel as a self-starter who is structured and organized.

Job Responsibilities

Finance
- Provide full spectrum of finance and administrative support.
- Handle accounts payable, payment processing and monthly closing of accounts.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as internal/external auditors, book-keeper, tax agents, banks and relevant authorities.
- Prepare Monthly Management Reports and Variance Analysis.
- Supports Head, Finance in the consolidation of annual budget and cashflow projections.
- Submit financial reports to stakeholders such as Ministry of Social Family Development, National Council of Social Service and Tote Board.
- Coordinate the internal, external and special audit process, with all relevant parties to ensure that the audit is completed within the stipulated timeline.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

Human Resource
- Lead HR projects (i.e. Performance Appraisal Exercise, Employee Engagement Survey and Annual Increment Exercise).
- Lead quarterly team-bonding activities.
- Involved in talent sourcing, recruitment and hiring process.
- Handle ad-hoc projects/responsibilities as and when required.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

Corporate Secretarial
- Work with Outsourced Corporate Secretary to ensure that DRIWs, Notices of AGM and Annual Return are submitted on time.
- Any other tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements

- Possesses related experience in customer service, and coordination works
- Mature, proactive and able to make independent decisions yet maintaining accountability
- Willing to learn, adaptable and have a strong work ethic.
- Logical and systematic worker.
- Displays keen interest in the social enterprise sector.
