Position : Executive, Leadership & Development - Human Resource Division
Contract period : 12 months
Job Scope/Key Deliverables
Carry out the responsibilities as Training Coordinator and main administrator for learning systems.
Provide support to ensure the smooth running of training courses;
Monitor training approvals, budgets and officers’ participation;
Work with functional leads to nominate their officers for milestone courses, seminars and workshops;
Handle the end-to end training process which include processing of course registrations, liaising with the training providers and ensuring the attendance of the nominees;
Work with training providers to customise courses if the need arises;
Work with institutes of higher learning, training providers and known learning agencies in developing training competencies for different groups of officers;
Ensures prompt payment for all courses; and
Assist officers on any queries on training matters.
Salary Between $3,011 and $3,990 per month
Degree holder in any discipline.
Proficient in MS Office, minimally Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and Acrobat Reader.
Good writing and communication skills.
Experience in traininig administration, delopment of core competencies and budget and expenditure management is preferred.
Experience in working with institutes of higher learnings, training providers and/or known learning agencies would be an added advantage.
