Job Description

     
      
IWO (CCH, HTAC & Canteen) :
 
1.     Activation of technicians for site visit prior to term, equipment or local contractors
2.     Activation of term, equipment or local contractors for site visit / job
3.     Evaluate / follow up on quotations, alternatives and specifications for equipment / jobs
4.     Liaising with authority FMA / IBC and external contractors for site visit / job
5.     Site visit and coordination for respective jobs
6.     Monitor and closure of jobs / repairs
7.     Sourcing for equipment / spare parts (initial quote and specification)
 
PR/PO :
 
1.     Raising of PR for IWOs, jobs and spare parts
2.     Resolve PR/PO issues
3.     MIGO for respective PO for IWOs, jobs and spare parts
 
Reports :
 
1.     Meet up with Supply Base, West, Central, North / East, Airforce & Navy monthly (BER update)
2.     Liaising with all cook house executive for BER update / replacement
3.     BER serviceability reports for all 2 commands (monthly report)
4.     REDCON report (quarterly report)
 
Transformation :
 
1.     New equipment installation and T&C
2.     Ad Hoc duties.
 
Others :
 
1.     Quarterly site inspection of cook houses
2.     Site visit for TAR / BER and relocation of existing or spare equipment
3.     Site visit to improve serving area / kitchen layout to achieve better work flow
4.     Site visit to build up working relationship with authority cluster in charge and camp ops

Job Requirements

Key Requirement:
•Diploma or Degree in Engineering (minimum 1-2 years working experience)
•Minimum 1 years of F&B working experience in a central kitchen / satellite manufacturing environment industry with practices in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
•Motor servicing, control circuitry and understanding of electrical schematics.
•Demonstrate the ability to analyse, solve problems and execute tasks assign.
•Verse in RFQ process and corporate governance.
