Executive, Master Data Management, is responsible for ensuring SATS Catering departments’ adherence to Master Data design, rules and standards. As a custodian for Master Data (MD) in SATS Catering, you will be the key person who will evaluate master data requirements from Business Data Owners/business users and is the main point of contact to resolve issues regarding master data. •Document master data standards, policies and KPIs •Define and monitor SLAs •Review and approve MD Management requests •Serve as central point of contact for data within each functional area. Act as a functional area expert and provide training as needed. •Understand and translate the business objectives into data requirements Identify, manage, resolve and escalate as needed data management issues and risks •Serve as key person in charge of MD maintenance tasks (create / update / delete) •Collect user feedback and enhancement requests •Conduct user meetings for SATS Catering and participate in leadership meetings with Data Governance Council (DGC) when necessary •Work with other MD Office team members and stakeholders to maintain adherence to master data design across SATS Catering •Resolve master data issues •Maintain directory of MD Office Data Stewards, Data Processors and Business Data Owners •Oversee day to day MD Office operations and ensure that SATS Catering departments follow DGC & MD Office policies, standards, and guidelines to maintain clean master data. •Collaborate with SATS Catering departments to identify business needs and maintain master data standards/policies •Provide DGC with actionable reports related to MD Office performance as required •Participate in data strategy planning for SATS Catering •Any other tasks assigned by MD Management Lead or DGC.
•Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualifications •At least 1 year experience in food manufacturing industry is preferred •Candidate with prior SAP experience will have an added advantage •Excellent communication and facilitation skills with all associates and management levels •Good Interpersonal skills, pro-active, strong sense of ownership •Highly motivated and result oriented •Able to work independently and meticulously in a fast pace environment
