URGENT Location : Outram START DATE: Immediate END DATE: Sep 2021 Job Title Temp Staff / Office Management Qty required 1 Working Days & Hours Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 6.00pm Job Responsibilities and Job Requirements 1. Process requests, claims and application for parking and mobile/ broadband subsidies a) Process requests received, verify documents, and liaise with staff, parking vendor, and Vital on necessary follow-ups relating to crediting details and raising of service requests in voices b) Verify parking vendor’s monthly statement against staff records c) Update Data entry with parking vendor 2. Arrange and procure supplies a) Raise purchase orders in GeBIZ and process payment in [email protected] for supplies b) Manage supplies returns from operation units, budget and manage distribution of supplies c) Liaise with vendors on e-invoicing payments d) Carry out ad-hoc purchases from GeBIZ and process claims 3. Arrange and procure meals a) Coordinate with caterers based on meals returns from operation units, budget and setup weekly meals menus b) Coordinate distribution of meals with caterers and meal leads to ensure meals are properly distributed at all meals time c) Liaise with vendors on e-invoicing payments 4. Processing of e-invoices and procurement of items for SEM works 5. Provide admin assistance to CSD Managers.
