You will be given the opportunity to manage a food service operation with a high degree of responsibility for the performance of the people and resources under your charge and also to develop and enhance your executive skills through structured training programmes. • Managing cookhouse operations and to meet cookhouse (CCH) KPIs • Responsible for housekeeping matter, IT / equipment matters and operation of CCH • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction • Maintaining high standards of hygiene; practise workplace safety at all times • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training • Maintain clear understanding of CCH matters to facilitate covering duties of other CCH • Abide strictly to proper handling of food items in accordance to food hygiene and safety guidelines and standards. • Always adhere and abide to all company policies and procedures • Professional representation of the company through personal conduct and appearance
- Preferably with Food Hygiene Certificate - With F&B background in middle management roles and responsebilities - Good Leadership, Microsoft Computer Skill is essential, Customer Relationship Management, SAP is good to have
