- Handling of customers' Personal Lines claim enquiries and complaints.
- Ensure all claim enquiries are handled in a satisfactory manner.
- Assist the team in following up supporting documents for handling of claims.
- Participate in projects and system enhancements, including liaising with stakeholders in providing requirement, preparation of test plan and perform user acceptance testing.
- Assessment of Personal Lines Claims when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holder.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in handling Personal Lines claims enquiries will be an added advantage.
- Competent with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Service oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Time management skills to handle cases.
- Ability to work under tight timeline.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Successful applicant will be required to obtain relevant insurance qualifications (BCP, PGI & ComGI).
