Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic Service Delivery Team that catalyses, implements and scales initiatives to achieve service delivery transformation and support our ambition to Be Globally Leading and Innovative in Service Delivery.  You will be involved in exciting pilots and initiatives to improve our citizens experiences.
You will report to the Assistant Director (Service Delivery).

My Legacy is a meaningful government initiative that aims to educate citizens on the importance of planning ahead, and to guide them through each step of the way.

Plan and implement outreach efforts to drive awareness and adoption of My Legacy
•Manage the end-to-end process of organising outreach efforts and events
•Run outreach workshops to educate the public on End-of-Life planning (e.g. Lasting Power of Attorney and Advance Care Plan) and to promote features on the My Legacy Website
Duties include:
•Managing attendees and RSVPs 
•Providing logistics and admin support for In-persons and Virtual workshops
•Managing and see through translation process for materials pertaining to My Legacy
•Manage budget
•Support the scale up of outreach efforts to approx. 220 senior activity centres and Public Hospitals across Singapore 
•Recruit and manage new and existing volunteer trainers to co-deliver workshop content

Conduct Training Workshops on End-of-Life Planning and My Legacy features
•To curate and deliver workshops which cover the following topics: 
•Why and how to plan in advance using the Lasting Power of Attorney and Advance Care Plan
•Introduction to LPA and ACP
•How to use features on My Legacy website

Other Miscellaneous Tasks
•Managing and monitoring social media campaigns
•Provide administrative support for other content development work for My Legacy
•Support engagement efforts to increase adoption of service delivery initiatives
•Support service transformation projects that strengthen service delivery culture in and across the organisation
•Perform other support tasks as assigned

•5 Days (Mon to Thur: 9.00am to 6.30pm;  Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm)

Offered Salary

•Up to S$17.00 per hour


•Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
•Meticulous, service-oriented and have attention for details
•Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation/facilitation and stakeholders’ management
•Good project management skills and able to deliver on time
•Good interpersonal skills in maintaining effective customer and working relationships
•Ability to work well within team and across team(s), and project stakeholders
•Ability to adapt flexibility to different operating situations and work under pressure of tight deadlines
•Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
•Bonus if applicant has prior experience working with senior citizens, healthcare and/or volunteer management
