SERVICE CREW
(For multiple locations in Singapore)

Job Description

Welcome customers into the restaurant & sit them
Take & process customers’ orders and generate their bills
Provide answers to queries by customers regarding services and offers
Clean all tables and get tables prepared for the next set of customers
Assist kitchen staff and delivery staff whenever such assistance is required
Assist to manage queue and/or reservations
Support opening & closing of outlets including cleaning and washing soft serve machine, drink dispensers, etc
Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Full-time – 44 Hours/week + OT; 5.5 Workdays
Rotating shifts

Job Requirements

Requirements

With / without experience 
Cheerful pleasant personality with a positive mindset
Bilingual or multilingual ability an added plus
Knowledge in hygiene policy and standards a sure bonus
Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner
A strong team player & able to maintain composure during rush hours
Ability to deliver top-quality customer service
Training will be provided for crews without experience
Available in short notice
