Job Description

Our client is a UK MNC providing commercial real estate services company. The company also provides investment management services worldwide, including services to institutional and retail investors.


Operations Excellence
•Manage general administrative / soft services activities in Tuas South office and any other duties as assigned.
•Daily facilities maintenance and notify property repair.
•Inspect the whole office every day to ensure all office equipment work properly.
•Ensure the day to day operations excellence for sites under your management and coordination.
•Ensure set SLAs / KPIs fulfilled.
•Management of Service provider.
•Asset Management. 
•Continuous Improvement implementation.

Technical Management (where necessary)
•Ensure the implementation and management and management of Risk & Safety work practices to reduce the interruption to Client’s operation.
•Routinely inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained.
•Coordinate with the Engineering teams in setting up and sustaining the best maintenance standards and practices.

Finance Management 
•Verify all vendor payment.
•Support to issue PO for ad-hoc requirements.

Reception, Mail Services & Meeting Room / Event Support
•Reception Service Management (if applicable).
•Assist to ensure mails/deliveries to employees are placed and forwarded to recipient and/or their designated pigeon holes or drop boxes.
•Coordination with end users on event support.
•Meeting Room Management.

Job Requirements

•2-5 experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred.
•Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
•Must present a professional and friendly corporate image to clients.
•Ability to confidently interact with all levels of internal & external parties.
