Conduct an inspection at the start of the contract period and prepare a report on the electrical, audio visual and other equipment that are used for training purposes within the Academy facility.
Keep records on the maintenance carried out on the training equipment and facilities. The purpose is to make provision on preventive maintenance.
Assist with the acquisition of various fittings required for the up keeping of the training equipment and facilities.
Supervise all contractors for the maintenance of the training equipment and facilities as directed by the Board and ensure that contractors adhere to all safety standards.
Set up the rooms / facilities within the Academy for training programmes, meetings or other functions
Assist the Board to engage the necessary maintenance and servicing for the electrical, audio visual and other training systems
Assist in preparing and calling quotations for procurement of engineering services
Other duties as assigned
Polytechnic Diploma In Building/Facilities Management/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Min 2 years relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to start work immediately/within short notice would be an advantage
