Our client is one of the most respected global leader in integrated facility and cleaning services As Facility Technician, you will oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in our Serviced Residence. You will have close collaborations with colleagues from the different departments including Guest Service and Housekeeping to provide a smooth and pleasant stay for all our residents. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering.
Responsibilities •Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ensure that the building essential needs such as domestic water, electrical, air conditioning and ventilation system are of good condition •Conduct general maintenance works such as, air-conditining servicing, plumbing facilities, electrical lightings switches, AV system, painting, patching of walls, carpentry, and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations •Perform routine preventive maintenance programme •Check and inspect the building’s machinery and equipment •Respond and priorities maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents’ requests to ensure they receive quality service and furnishings •Perform related tasks as assigned •COVID19 management Requirements •Perform rotating shift •Willingness to work in Service Apartment/SDF/GQF facilities •Perform Bi-weekly swab test (Requirement by MOH) •CERT (Company Emergency Respond Team) certified •First Aid & AED certified 1 year contract - Renewable Overtime pay - Payable Normal Shift work in the East
