Seniors are encouraged to apply for the following jobs.” Job Responsibilities: - Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches - Tie workflow to schedule - Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks - Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions - Produce timely and detailed service reports - Document processes - Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols - Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation - Refer advanced cases to team leader for resolution, providing background information as necessary - Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations or briefings - Build positive relationships with customers
Qualifications/Skills: - Minimum ITE/GCE "N" Level - Proven Field Service experience - Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays) and to adapt to changing work schedule - Ability to work in adverse weather - Willingness to participate in training before hire and on-the-job - Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment - Proficient in English - Understanding of safety guidelines - Attention to detail - Strong oral and written skills - Class 3 license (min. 2 years) or Class 2B license will be a plus point - Familiar with Singapore roads and locations - Able to work as an individual or in a team - Basic IT and networking knowledge, preferably with hands-on experience with electronic products or equipment Other allowances will be given too.
