1Handles all Finance & HR Administrative Related Matters
2Assist in answering and routing of office phone calls
3Handles data entry of cost related computations
4Handles data entry of AP/AR transactions into accounting system
5Handles Employment Permits submission
6Assist in booking air ticket, hotel accommodation as and when required
7Assist in following up on debtor’s collections
8Manage and maintain proper filing records.
9Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.
1Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance with 2 years of experience in related field.
2In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
3Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English & Mandarin.
4Preferably with experience in Construction Sector
5Good Team Player
