Location : Revenue House (Walking distance from Novena MRT)

Estimate start date : Able to on-board asap, after serving the required notice period (if any)

Working hours : 5 day work week : 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thurs) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)


In the event that the candidate is found suitable for employment, they would be hired on a permanent/2-year contract (emplaceable onto permanent) under our payroll. Below is a job description of the position.

The monthly salary ranges from $1,900 to $3,600 (maximum). The offered salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.

Job Purpose
Finance Executive who to provide support to the   Director of Finance in the administration of Finance functions.

Process invoices and claims
Prepare journals
Monitor budget utilisation
Perform regular reconciliation of general ledger
Review exception reports on financial transactions and carry out checks on the exceptions
Assist Director of Finance in the preparation of budget proposals and management reports
Perform banking and monitor receipts
Liaise with internal and external auditors, prepare audit schedules and handle audit queries
Prepare audit fee proposals for DOF’s review
Initiate billing and monitor collection of audit fees
Review, develop and implement finance policies and procedures
Prepare financial returns to MOF
Maintain and update asset records in the Asset Management System.
Label and tag new assets using the RFID module in the Asset Management System
Carry out annual stock take across the various audit sites
Any other duties as may be assigned by Director of Finance Requirements.

Diploma qualifications
Prior experience public sector preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills
Meticulous, organised and resourceful
