The Operations Assistant (Delivery) reports to the Cabin Services Officer (Deployment & and Delivery). His/Her duties and responsibilities are as follows: •Collect orders from Cabin Crew / Catering representatives and report back to Cabin Duty Room •Prepare Cabin Crew Aircraft Order (CCAO) and authorities supply document for the issue of items from the Issue Store •Drive the van and deliver uplifts to the correct departure flight and hand-over to Food Checker or Cabin Crew •Ensure that Cabin Crew acknowledged and signed the additional meal form which was delivered to aircraft •Assist Cabin Crew to pre-set the meals on trays if necessary •Collect newspaper from arrival flight and to be sent to Issue Store for storage •Collect Air Store Inward Declaration Form, Tablets and any uplift from transit flights and night-stop aircraft •Provide cabin servicing for freighter flights and for flights departing outside Changi Airport such as Seletar Airport and Paya Lebar Airport such as Private Jets / Chartered Flight •Collection of Food Sample from incoming flights and sent to Catering Control •Clear rubbish or carton of boxes left at the aerobridges •Sent van for washing, refuelling, preventive maintenance and fumigation •Comply with CAG traffic rules and company regulations while operating the van •Other duties as assigned by Cabin Services Officer
•Able to read, write and communicate in English •Basic computer skills •A valid Class 3 driving license. A class 4 license would be an added advantage.
