Job Description

• Picking of products in the warehouse for customer's fulfilment. Ensuring there are no backlogs in the order fulfilment.
• Perform inventory checks and ensure data integrity, with the highest stock’s availability for customers.
• Perform administration duties for incoming & outgoing shipments.
• Work according to inventory and administrative guidelines. Maintain data integrity of the inventory to maximize product availability.
• Perform effectively in the storage of products to the assigned area, using the available systems and tools that support an efficient and accurate process.
• Contribute daily to the agreed goals of the action plan, as well as being involved in the goal setting process.
• Contribute to an optimized daily workflow operation within the assigned processes by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way, using and sharing good examples.
• Follow quality, security and safety service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to optimize the operations in the warehouse.
• Work alongside with colleagues in the department and other areas of the organization.
• Mayay be required to operate pallet jack to move heavy products.
• Execute any other duties & responsibilities which the management / superior may assign from time to time.

Notice Period： 2 weeks 
Mondays – Fridays: 7am – 4pm / 9am – 6pm (1 hr break) - Current schedule
Saturday: 7am – 11am / 9am – 1pm

Job Requirements

• Customer service oriented and a team player who is motivated and committed with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic warehouse logistics environment.
• Energetic and physically fit.
• Able to commit to work when required during weekends and public holidays.
• May be required to operate pallet jack to move heavy products.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Forklift license preferred.
